How long will it take for me to get my order?
At Jade Parc, we strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Each order is hand made one at a time, it will take approximately 2-3 days to process the order and then allow 3-5 business days for shipping. Once processed you will receive an email that your items have shipped and you will be provided with the tracking information when available. This process is a little different for pre-orders. Pre-orders will have a specific date above the Pre Order button.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we proudly offer free shipping on orders over $75. We also offer several different rates to choose from at checkout on orders under $75.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not offer shipping outside of the U.S.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have received a package that may have been damaged in transit.

My candle came with bubbles on the vessel, is that normal?
One of our key differentiators is that our candle vessels are hand made, so there may be some minor bubbles, which occur during the curing process. We like to think of those small bubbles as a character of concrete. We inspect every candle prior to its next step in the candle making process so we would never ship out a candle that has a bubble too big where it could interfere in the candle's functionality.
