Q: What is Jade Parc?
A: Jade Parc is a new luxurious candle brand that proudly uses the best ingredients and cleanest materials. It takes us a little longer to create one, but it's worth it in the end. We're also sustainable-conscious so all of our packaging material is 100% recyclable.

Q: Who makes the candles?
A: All of our candles are hand made one by one in our studio.

Q: What makes your candles different from store-bought candles?
A: A few things separate our candles from big traditional store-bought candles, the main being our ingredients are pure and clean. We use a coconut apricot wax blend which is derived naturally. Our concrete vessels are classy and look great in any home. In addition to all of those physical things, we're a small business so we care about the small details which sometimes come up short with mass-produced candles.

Q: How long will it take for me to get my order?
A: Each order is hand made one at a time, it will take approximately 2-3 days to process the order and then allow 3-5 business days for shipping. This process is a little different for pre-orders. Pre-orders will have a specific date above the Pre Order button.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards such as American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa or direct payments through PayPal or ApplePay.

Q: My candle came broken, can I get a refund?
A: We do not accept returns. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have received a package that may have been damaged in transit.

Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: Once you have completed your order, we will send you emails notifying you when we have processed, packaged, and delivered your order so keep an eye out for those.
